According to latest report of the National Bureau of Statistics of China (NBS), China produced 55.062 million tons of pig iron in July, up by 177 thousand tons in comparison of 54.885 million tons in July.
Furthermore, the country's July pig iron output reached the new history highs.
Among them, Heibei region produced 14.11 million ton; Shandong region had 4.961 million tons; Liaoning region accounted for 4.847 million tons; Jiangsu region had 4.463 million tons and Shanxi region had 3.65 million tons.
However, the daily output of pig iron in July was 1.7762 million tons, dropped by 53.3 thousand tons from 1.8295 million tons in June.
The data also showed that China's pig iron production in the first seven months of this year totaled 379.33 million tons, up by 9.6% in comparison of 346.16 million tons in the same period of last year
